HOW IT BEGAN…

I started the blog to bring awareness to health and wellness for everyone. Throughout my college career, I studied mindfulness and how to become in tune with myself—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe that true well-being comes from a balance of mind, body, and soul, and my two favorite ways to do this are through photography and whole cooking.
