For me, mindfulness isn’t just about meditation; it’s about being fully present in each moment and making the most of my time to nourish my mind, body, and spirit. Here’s how I incorporate mindfulness into my routine on a day off.

The Beginning…
It all started with an idea… I was in the my last years of college just starting on a self-discovery journey. To be completely honest, I felt hopeless with what I wanted to do with my career, I had studied criminal justice and social work for the past four years and I started to feel like that was not the pathway I was supposed to be on.
